Job Overview
​
The Service Plumber provides diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial plumbing systems. This position requires excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and system failures.
• Install water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems.
• Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing service experience.
• Knowledge of residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.​
