Job Overview

The Master Plumber leads complex plumbing installations, service, and project oversight. This role is responsible for ensuring code compliance, mentoring field staff, and supporting company growth through high-level workmanship and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and execute plumbing installation and repair projects.
• Ensure compliance with all plumbing codes and standards.
• Mentor Journeyman and Apprentice Plumbers.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and system design support.
• Work closely with management to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
